Park St. Penthouse

This one of a kind penthouse located in the heart of Waterloo has been transformed into a true reflection of our client's love for earth tones, and feeling connected to the outdoors. New to condo living, our clients desired a space that felt grounded and inviting to their family and friends when entertaining.

With the use of earth tones and natural textures, we designed a unique mantel surrounding their existing fireplace, setting the tone for the entire condo.
​
Layered lighting is strongly incorporated throughout the office and living room to allow for expanded control over the ambient light during the evening hours.

Partial Main Floor Renovation & Furnishings
This custom bungalow with soaring ceilings presented itself with an opportunity to expand our clients views to the exterior by relocating the fireplace, and in turn removing the existing split focal in the living space.
Installing custom walnut millwork on either side of the newly relocated fireplace created a central grounding point within the home. This allowed for the opportunity to expand the windows and view on the wall adjacent to the fireplace.
The warm tones introduced into the design allowed for our clients existing furnishings and finishes to remain cohesive with the newly renovated areas of their home.

A well preserved early 2000's home was in need of an update for our client to begin their new chapter in a new city. Having a previous career in education, the design called for a plethora of options to display various library items to speak to our client's character.

Working within the the existing split level layout this home offered, we created various moments worth pausing for to take in the new character constructed within the interior.

A spacious basement that needed bit of love and layering. After undergoing an unexpected flood in their basement, our clients decided it was time to transform their basement into a space they always dreamed of.

With the balanced use of new and old elements, we were able to create a unique space to wrap yourself in history.
Autumn Ridge
Mudroom & Laundry Renovation
With a focus on optimizing two heavily utilized spaces within the home, we carved out space on the second floor to allow for the mudroom and laundry room to be separated from one another, thus increasing the functionality and introducing elements of beauty.

With a heavy hand in custom millwork, a darling mudroom and laundry room were born.
