Work with our firm from the very beginning to the very end of your renovation project. After getting to know you, your desired scope of work, and goals for the future of your home, we start the process with conceptual design. Our team begins to work on translating our conversations into design material. This service includes a full design package containing detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D modeling, 3D renderings, material samples, furnishing selection, and accessories.

Once a design plan has been selected, we begin organizing the project schedule, trade management and procurement. From the moment we enter the construction phase until project completion, our clients have the enjoyment of going about their day to day. Our team handles all elements of project management, including the close out tasks to make your space feel like home.
Design Service
Work with our firm to create a complete and cohesive design ready for hand off to any builder of your choosing or that you have already selected. After getting to know you, your desired scope of work, and goals for the future of your home, our team begins to work on translating our conversations into design material. This service includes a full design package containing detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D modeling, 3D renderings, material samples, furnishing selection, and accessories.

Once a design plan has been selected, our team prepares the comprehensive technical package needed to translate the design for your selected builder. Our firm offers site check-ins should you choose to keep us connected during the construction phase of your project. Procurement of design finishes and installation of acquired furnishings are available in this service.

Having curated access to private vendors, our firm can source unique and high quality accessories and accent furniture for your home.

Digital Design
Not local to Southern Ontario, but feel that we are the right fit for you? We offer our full design package digitally to allow you to work with us from anywhere. In our initial virtual engagement, we get to know you, your desired scope of work and gain familiarity with the existing conditions of your home. Our team then works to translate our conversations into design concepts to present to you. With the same attention to detail as our in person services, we finalize and create a beautiful design package for you to execute on your own timeline.

With this service, we offer a full design package containing detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D modeling, 3D renderings, digital material samples, and furnishing selections. This service does not include access to our firm's private vendors or procurement services.

INITIAL CLIENT REACH OUT
This is the first step to starting our engagement. You can head to our contact us page to fill in our inquiry form.

FIRST FORMAL CLIENT MEETING - COMPLIMENTARY AND CONTRACT
Our first meeting with you will either take place in person or over a zoom call. This one hour complimentary meeting allows us to get a feel for your home, your lifestyle, and to create a stronger client - designer relationship. We will discuss in further detail our process and your scope of work. After our meeting, our team will send over our project proposal for your review and signing to initiate our working relationship together.

DESIGN CONCEPT PRESENTATION - HIGH LEVEL
After visiting your home and capturing existing space measurements, our team will sketch up conceptual ideas based on our conversation with you, and the vision we see for your space. Once a concept is developed, our team will present our ideas you for your approval. Depending on scope of work, this phase may include high level budget numbers.

DESIGN PROPOSAL & PERMIT DRAWINGS (IF REQUIRED)
At this phase the design of your space has been confirmed, and the process of creating your formal drawing package begins. Throughout the creation of your package, there will be a series of meetings that we have with you to review your design package. Depending on your project requirements, our team handles bringing your package to a permit ready state.

In pairing with your drawing package, we create a design selections package which includes all furnishings, materials, hardware, and lighting. This package is typically broken down by room, which allows you to have a solid understanding of what your end deliverable will be. Once all design selections have been confirmed by you, we begin procuring all goods for your project.

EXECUTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We work with our team to create an accurate construction schedule prior to the execution of your project. Once the schedule is finalized, we execute. Our team is routinely on site to ensure your project is constructed according to the design and on time. During this phase we are also managing the inflow of your goods arriving from our vendors.

INSTALL & REVEAL
Now your space really comes to life! Once construction is complete, your space is professionally cleaned so it is ready for us to begin installation. Our team ensures all procured goods are delivered with white glove service. We carefully install all furnishings and layer with accessories and fresh florals. When the final touches are complete, we walk you through your final reveal.
