WHY SHOULD YOU WORK WITH AN INTERIOR DESIGNER?
Interior Designers bring a variety of skills and expertise to your renovation project. We encourage our clientele to reach out to us the moment they decide they want to take on a renovation. We provide a full list of services (floor plans/full drawing package, millwork, furniture, finish selections, décor, lighting, and construction coordination). Each designer is different in what they offer to their clientele, though our firm has expanded our services to allow for a full A-Z process. We encourage our clients to have us involved during both the design and construction phases, as we can manage quality control, and ensure all details are included when the project comes to a close.
HOW MUCH DO DESIGN-BUILD PROJECTS TYPICALLY COST?
Depending on the scope of work you are looking to inquire about, projects can range from $50k - $500k+. Our clientele reach out to us for varying scopes, though we typically do full floor or full home renovations and additions for our clients. That being said, we are more than happy to take on kitchen renovations and master suite renovations, which are a smaller scale. We do press upon the importance of quality and "doing it right", to allow your renovation to stand the test of time.
WHAT DESIGN STYLE DOES HALL&HUDU USE FOR THEIR PROJECTS?
We have a diverse clientele which allows us to explore a variety of design styles! We live and breath design, and couldn't imagine putting ourselves into one box of repetition. Each space deserves to tell its own story, and although there are principles in which we stand behind, we aren't eager to copy and paste from one client to another.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AT OUR FIRST MEETING?
Our first meeting with you will either take place in person or over a zoom call. This one hour complimentary meeting allows us to get a feel for your home, your lifestyle, and to create a stronger client - designer relationship. We will discuss in further detail our process and your scope of work. It is equally important to us as it is to our clients that they feel comfortable and excited to work with our team. This is why we choose to make our first meeting with you free of charge, as we want it to be a right fit for everyone.
DO I HAVE TO FIND MY OWN CONTRACTOR FOR MY PROJECT?
This is one of the beautiful aspects when you work with our team, we've got this covered. We work with a selected group of trades when taking on construction projects, as we have spent years composing the best team to complete the work in the quality standard we require. This allows the construction process to run smoothly.
